The Health Advisory Board of 3A Law Firm and Legal Consultations is a select group of doctors, pharmacists and specialists in the health business sector, who have extensive experience in the health field, achieve the integrated vision of the sector, meet its legal and technical needs, and contribute to building its systems and governance; to achieve integrity and moderation for all parties dealing in the health business sector.

The lawyer holds a Master’s degree in Private Law, a Diploma in Banking and Investment Management, a Diploma in International Law, a Member of the Royal Institution of Arbitrators, and an accredited arbitrator at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration, and the Oman Center for Commercial Arbitration. The partner also has extensive experience in litigation and legal advice, and has held a number of leadership positions in law firms and legal consultancies.

Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Haqil

• Participated in the establishment of the College of Medicine at Qassim University and introduced a locally unprecedented curriculum for medical education (PBL). • Oversaw the establishment of the College of Medicine at King Fahd Medical City. • Supervised the establishment of a learning tower for the College of Medical City. • Established the first center for quality medical education. • Initiated the establishment of the first Saudi International Medical Education Conference (SIMEC) in (2008) and it is now held every two years periodically among Saudi universities. • Worked as a vice president for Majmaah University and supervisor of its medical colleges. • Headed the founding committee of Prince Sultan College of Emergency Medicine at King Saud University, the first of its kind in the Kingdom. • Founded, with a number of academics and specialists, the Saudi Society for Health Administration. • Worked as a part-time advisor to His Highness the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.

Dr. Juma bin Farhan Al-Anzi

Doctorate in Health Administration, Master of Health Administration, Master of Health and Hospital Administration Dr. Juma Al-Anzi is considered one of the professional competencies who have written their experience from a strategic, leadership, operational, developmental and creative perspective in managing the health care and hospital sector since 1992. His journey in institutional excellence, his practical practice and his academic journey have drawn his professional, academic and volunteer history as follows: Deputy Executive Director General for Institutional Excellence and Organization Development at King Abdullah University Hospital at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, during which he contributed to achieving the highest levels of institutional excellence from international and local institutional accreditations and awards
