The partner obtained a PhD from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, and worked in a number of government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; then worked as a legal advisor for Al Rajhi Bank and its subsidiaries, and worked as an assistant to the Secretary-General of the Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce, an expert and advisor to the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Justice, and a lawyer and legal representative for a number of commercial, industrial and financial banks and companies, which he represented before the courts and various judicial committees, and participated as a member of a number of arbitration bodies, and contributed to the development of a number of different administrative and legal entities.
Founding partner
The partner holds a Master’s degree in Private Law, a Diploma in Banking and Investment Management, a Diploma in International Law, a Member of the Royal Institution of Arbitrators, and an accredited arbitrator at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration, and the Oman Center for Commercial Arbitration. The partner also has extensive experience in litigation and legal advice, and has held a number of leadership positions in law firms and legal consultancies.
Founding partner
The partner holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and a Corporate Governance Officer certificate. He has been a member of a number of arbitration panels in commercial and real estate disputes. The partner has also undertaken judicial custody work, liquidation of estates and commercial companies of various types, drafting various policies and procedures, and completing governance requirements for commercial entities. The partner has also undertaken the establishment of a number of endowments and their registration with relevant authorities, and has represented his clients before various courts and judicial committees.
